Using Cajun Land Complete Boil
Boil Amounts
The 64 ounce size boils: 40-50 lbs. of Crawfish • 48 lbs. of Shrimp • One Hamper of Crabs • Seasons 7 gallons of water
Bring water to a rolling boil, add Cajun Land Complete Boil & seafood, cover and return to boil per chart below,, stirring occasionally.
Boil Times
Crawfish: 5 - 7 minutes
Shrimp: 2 - 5 minutes
Crabs: 10 - 12 minutes
Turn off fire, gently stir seafood again, and let soak per chart below. Continue to stir occasionally to release heat to prevent seafood from overcooking.
Soak Times
Crawfish: 15 - 30 minutes
Shrimp: 5 - 10 minutes
Crabs: 15 - 30 minutes
NOTE: The longer the soak time, the more intense the flavor!
